Information about a particular scooter is supplied by the seller and not by sellyourscooter.com The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers on sellyourscooter.com & buyusedscooters.com often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular scooter.

We cannot verify the information seller’s supply or guarantee the scooters they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a scooter that the check he/she gets from the buyer is valid. Responsibility for the information contained in listings lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all information transmitted through sellyourscooter.com & buyusedscooters.com.

When you offer a scooter for sale through sellyourscooter.com & buyusedscooters.com, you must be prepared to sell that scooter at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. You must have the ability to transfer title or ownership. Take care in selecting your listing package and inputting your listing information; listing fees are NOT refundable, even if you provide erroneous information or fail to sell your scooter.

3. Registration

As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and for all actions of persons accessing sellyourscooter.com & buyusedscooters.com through any username/password assigned to you.

This Agreement has been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Florida. By using these websites, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of these websites.

By using these websites, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
